That is entirely up to you. If your audience would be interested in books then it is relevant. You could translate the article to Spanish if the author was unable to do so. Or you could insist that you would only take articles in Spanish so an author would have a choice to get it translated or not. It's up to you. I guess as a writer I believe that everyone is interested in books. you may know something different from your perspective.
