Miami, FL (June 26, 2010)- Pop star Sophia del Carmen will premiere today on www.univision.com the video of her latest hit "No Te Quiero" recently filmed in Miami featuring Pitbull. The video of the song that is now playing on radio stations nationwide will sure make it to the top music videos countdowns as it is moving up the charts.

"No Te Quiero" will be part of the soundtrack of Disney's movie Step Up 3D (Spanish version) besides it is Sophia's first single of her upcoming album to be released soon.

To energetic and upbeat song, Pitbull brings his urban influences and unique style to spice up the lyrics that she co-wrote to empower women. "I want women to feel strong. No necessarily in a feminist way but in a way that makes the feel sexy and confident."

Sophia del Carmen is currently signed under Mr. 305 Records set to release her album debut this year. In 2009 she had the opportunity to open various acts for reggaeton artists Wisin & Yandel in their US tour "La Revolución". She has also worked with rapper Akon.

Born in Los Angeles, raised in Miami with Guatemalan and Costa Rican background, Sophia is a young latin singer/songwriter on her way to success. She started performing at churches and schools in her hometown where she was noticed and signed by Radio Disney executives. Later she was invited to several TV programs and events that helped her build a platform and prove her talent and charisma. Sophia is on her way to becoming the next Latin sensation.
