Sounds like a good project Rogelio.  Don't forget to connect with the National Association of Hispanic Journalist--where you can get tips on how to accomplish what you want to do with your local project. 

I'm a board member, and we're having Unity this summer in Las Vegas.  Lots of good journalism workshops.
